HOW TO BUY
To buy on MónicaCordera.es, just follow these steps:
1. Enter our "eShop".
2. Select a category. There, you will visualize the products that interest you.
Through a click you can see available sizes, colors, details and price.
3. Select the item, color and size. Add it to the basket. You can then continue shopping or Checkout.
4. If you want to Checkout, select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal ...
5.Confirm your order.
6. You will receive an email confirming your order.


GENERAL INFORMATION

- Which countries can you buy from?

Currently, you can order directly from Spain, the rest of Europe and the USA.
To place your order from anywhere, write to info@monicacordera.es

- How many languages ​​can you surf on?

Navigation languages ​​are: Spanish and English.

- Are the prices of the online store the same as those of the stores themselves?

Yes, unless a special promotion is applied to any of them.

- Are the items appearing sold out replaced?

If any item is out of stock, we will try to replace it as soon as possible, although it may not be available again.

- Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the handmade accessories, which can be minimally altered.

- Is it possible to receive regular information in my mail with the latest news and offers?

Yes, simply by accessing the "Newsletter" you will receive the latest news.

- Can I unsubscribe from the "newsletter" Monica Cordera?

- How I can make sure I made my purchase correctly?

Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, send us an email to info@monicacordera.es

- Can I know what state my order is?

Yes, as long as it has not been shipped.
In the event of cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and the costs of returning the same.

- Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been shipped.

- What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If at any time, you received a wrong item you had not ordered you must notify within a maximum period of 24 hours to info@monicacordera.es

- What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Monica Cordera only sells items in perfect condition, if by some chance, an exception arises, please email to info@monicacordera.es, no later than 24 hours after receiving your order.



PAYMENT

- What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

We have the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer.

- Why may my credit card be refused?

-You may have entered some incorrect information
-The card may have expired
-You may have reached the limit of your card.

- Can I get an invoice under my business name?

Yes, you must send an email to info@monicacordera.es, asking for it and attaching all billing data.

- Where can I get my order?

You can receive it in the address you choose: home, work ...

- How soon will I get my order?

Delivery times will depend on the workload of our store. The deadline is 7 working days after receiving the payment.

- Are shipping costs free?

Shipping charges are completely free to Spain, no minimum order.
For shipments to Europe the cost will be free from €150, for orders below, the cost will be €15.

- Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can click on the link "Order information" in the confirmation email or if you are registered, access your account from the "My Order Status" section.



RETURNS

- How should I do to return an item?

To return an item, you'll need to submit it in proper condition, and return the completed form to the following address:

- What is the deadline to make a return?

The deadline is 15 days from the date of reception thereof (having to receive it the 15th of the term in our store).

- How will I receive my refund?

Once approved the return, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.

- When will I receive my refund?

After confirming that the items are in perfect condition, the maximum period shall be 30 days after receiving your order.

- How should I do if my refund is incorrect?

You need to send an email to info@monicacordera.es, there your problema will be solved.

* Monica Cordera reserves the right to refuse returns submitted after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.



SHIPPING

- Where I can get my order?

You can receive it in the address you choose: home, work ...

- How soon will I get my order?

Delivery times will depend on the workload of our store:
Spain: the deadline will be 7 working days.
Europe: the deadline will be 10 working days.
America: the deadline will be 15 working days.

- Are shipping costs free?

Shipping charges are completely free of charfe for all Spain.
For shipments to Europe the cost will be free from €150, for orders below, the costs will be €15.
Shipments to the the US: orders over €200 will be free, for orders below, the costs will be €25.

- Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can click on the link "Order information" in the confirmation email or if you are registered, access from your account "My Purchases" and click on "Details".



CHANGES

- Can I change my items?

Yes, you will need to send an email to info@monicacordera.es notifying it.
You have two options:

1. Send the item you want to change to:

When we receive your item, we will send the color/size required.

2. If you prefer to speed up the change, you can buy the items you want to and return the other.

- What is the deadline for a change?

The deadline is 15 days after the reception of your order (having to receive it the 15th of the term in our store).
